Websites Built to Convert and Rank
We build the sites we then have to market, which is a useful constraint. Tracking is wired in from the start, speed is a build requirement rather than a later fix, and the content structure supports the SEO plan instead of fighting it.
What separates a website that works from one that just looks nice?

A website works when it loads fast, ranks, and turns visitors into enquiries or sales, not when it merely looks good in the mockup. The difference is almost always invisible: how it is built underneath. Tracking wired in correctly, speed treated as a requirement, and a content structure that search engines can read.
Agencies design a site, hand it to marketing and hope. Because we are the ones who then have to rank and advertise the site, we build it the other way round: measurement, speed and SEO structure are decided before design starts, not diagnosed after launch when they are expensive to fix.
And when the right fix belongs in code rather than a campaign, we are not stuck. We write our own WordPress plugins, custom checkouts, subscription flows and partner portals. That means the unusual requirement that would stop a template agency is usually a normal week for us.
On Indian mobile connections, a slow site costs you conversions long before it costs you rankings: people leave before the page loads, and no amount of ad spend fixes that. We treat Core Web Vitals as a build spec with agreed targets, so speed is designed in rather than patched on afterwards.
How we run website development
-
01
Spec before design
Speed targets, tracking plan and SEO structure agreed upfront, so nothing has to be retrofitted later.
-
02
Build
Custom WordPress, WooCommerce or Shopify, with our own plugins where off-the-shelf will not do the job.
-
03
Wire tracking and test
GA4, conversion events and server-side tagging configured during the build and tested before handover.
-
04

The same service looks different depending on the economics and compliance of your sector. These are the ones we run website development for most.
Websites are quoted as fixed-price projects, not retainers. A focused marketing site runs four to six weeks; a WooCommerce build with custom functionality runs eight to fourteen. The variable is almost always how ready your content is, not the code.
Website Development: common questions
-
A focused marketing site runs four to six weeks. A WooCommerce build with custom functionality runs eight to fourteen. The variable is almost always content readiness on the client side.
-
Both. A large share of our work is fixing and extending sites someone else built, including speed and conversion work.
-
Yes. We hand over a CMS your team can use, plus documentation for anything technical. You are not locked into us for every text change.
