Numbers You Can Actually Trust
A surprising share of the accounts we audit are optimising toward a conversion event that fires incorrectly, double-counts, or does not fire at all. Everything downstream of that is guesswork wearing a dashboard. We build the measurement first, so the decisions rest on something real.
Why does analytics setup matter before anything else?

Because every marketing decision you make rests on your data being right, and it usually is not. Analytics and tracking setup is the plumbing, making sure the right actions are counted, once, accurately, so that when your dashboard says a campaign worked, it actually did. Get this wrong and you optimise confidently in the wrong direction.
The failure is invisible, which is what makes it dangerous. A conversion event that double-counts makes a bad campaign look good; one that does not fire makes a good campaign look dead. We have watched businesses cut their best-performing channel because the tracking under it was broken. Verifying every event end to end is unglamorous and enormously valuable.
It also has to be compliant. Consent mode and a proper cookie policy are not just legal boxes. Done wrong, they quietly break your data collection too. We set them up so collection is both lawful and actually functional.
You cannot manage what you measure badly. Before we recommend spending on any channel, we want to know the numbers underneath it are true, because scaling on top of broken measurement just makes the mistake bigger and more expensive. This is the least glamorous service we offer and often the most important.
How we run analytics & tracking setup
-
01
Write the measurement plan
What counts as a conversion, what it is worth, and how it will be verified: decided before implementation.
-
02
Implement GA4 and tagging
Property, events and conversions configured, with server-side tagging where it genuinely earns its cost.
-
03
Handle consent
Consent mode and cookie policy set up so collection is both compliant and functional.
-
04
Verify everything
Every event tested end to end before we call it live. Assumed tracking is broken tracking.
What's included
A measurement plan
Agreed definitions of what counts, what it is worth, and how it is checked.
GA4 configured
Property, events and conversions set up to answer real questions.
Server-side where it counts

The same service looks different depending on the economics and compliance of your sector. These are the ones we run analytics & tracking setup for most.
Usually a fixed-price setup project, since it is foundational work with a clear end point. For complex ecommerce or ongoing needs it can extend into a small retainer, but most businesses need it done once, properly.
Analytics & Tracking Setup: common questions
-
Not always. It is meaningful for high-volume ecommerce and marginal for a simple local service business. We will tell you which you are rather than selling it by default.
-
You often cannot see it without an audit, that is the danger. If your platform numbers and your actual sales disagree badly, that is the usual first sign.
