The Dental House Mumbai
A ten-year-old Chembur clinic losing patients to newer practices in the same few streets.

Monthly ad spend, increased by the clinic
For dentist in Chembur
And continuing
The problem
The clinic opened in March 2016 and did well for years on reputation and footfall. Then the number of dental practices in Chembur multiplied, and a catchment that had comfortably supported them started splitting the same patients between far more clinics. Enquiries fell. The website was not being found, the Google Business Profile was thin, and there was no paid presence at all on the searches that carry intent.
What we did
- Built a new website and got it properly indexed
- Google Business Profile built out organically: categories, products, services, photos and review replies
- Search campaigns structured by treatment value rather than by dentistry topic
- Call tracking, so the account optimises on booked appointments rather than clicks
- Instagram rebuilt to give the brand something to find once people search the name
The outcome
The number that matters here is one the clinic chose rather than one we reported. They started at roughly thirty thousand rupees a month in ad spend and have raised it to around eighty thousand, on top of our fee, over eighteen months. A dental practice does not keep increasing a budget it cannot trace back to chairs filled. Alongside that, the clinic holds a top three position for dentist in Chembur and dental clinic in Chembur, which is the search that converts in a catchment this dense.
