We read it, look at whatever we can see publicly, your site, your Google Business Profile, your ads if they are running, and reply with a first read on what we would do. If it looks like a fit we ask for access and run a free audit before quoting anything. You keep the audit whether or not you hire us.

No. Plenty of engagements start and continue entirely over email and WhatsApp. If a call helps we will suggest one, but we will not put you through a discovery call to find out what something costs. Indicative pricing is published on our pricing page.

Yes. We run accounts across India and internationally. Local presence matters for Google Business Profile work and site visits; it matters much less for paid media, SEO and development.

Yes, by appointment. The Mumbai office runs Monday – Saturday, 11:30am – 4:30pm (by appointment), and it is worth messaging first. Most of the team is often on client sites.
