Using this site
You may use this site for lawful purposes: to learn about our services, to use the free tools, to download our playbooks, to make an enquiry, or to apply to our creator network. You agree not to misuse the site, which includes attempting to break its security, overload it, scrape it at scale, submit false information through its forms, or use it to send anything unlawful or harmful.
The information on this site is general
We write our guides, glossary, comparisons, blog and playbooks carefully and from real experience, but they are general information, not advice tailored to your specific situation. Digital marketing outcomes depend on many factors we cannot see from a webpage. Nothing on this site is a guarantee of any particular result, and you should not treat it as professional, legal, financial or tax advice. Any action you take based on the content of this site is at your own discretion.
The free tools
We offer free calculators and checkers, including tools that fetch and analyse a web page you enter. These are provided as-is, for guidance only. The calculators use the numbers you supply and simplifying assumptions, so their output is an estimate, not a forecast you should bank on. The live checkers, such as the Merchant Center and AEO checkers, read only what is visible on a public page and cannot see inside your accounts, so a clean result is not a guarantee of approval or ranking. You may enter only URLs you own or have permission to check. We are not affiliated with Google, Meta, or any platform whose name appears in a tool.
Playbooks and downloads
Our playbooks are made available in exchange for your name and email. They remain our copyright. You may read them, share them internally and use their ideas in your own business. You may not resell them, republish them as your own, or strip our name from them. The download link we email you is for your use.
The creator network
If you apply to our creator network, the following applies in addition to the rest of these terms. Joining the network is free. We never charge creators to join, to be shortlisted, or to be paid, and anyone asking you for a joining fee in our name is not acting for us. Applying does not guarantee that we will offer you any campaign. We match creators to campaigns at our discretion and based on brand requirements.
When you take part in a campaign, the specific terms of that collaboration, what you deliver, what you receive, deadlines and any usage rights, are set out in the brief for that campaign and agreed before it starts. You must be eighteen or over to apply. You are responsible for disclosing paid or barter partnerships as required by advertising and platform rules. We may remove a creator from the network at our discretion, including where a creator repeatedly fails to deliver agreed content.
If you are a brand requesting a shortlist, the shortlist is a suggestion to help you choose, not a warranty about any creator's performance. Any campaign you run is a matter between you, us and the creators as agreed for that campaign.
Intellectual property
The design, text, tools, code and branding of this site are owned by Rangblaze Media Private Limited or used under licence, and are protected by law. You may not copy, reproduce or reuse substantial parts of the site without our written permission, except where a page expressly allows it. The names and logos of third-party platforms mentioned on the site belong to their respective owners.
Links to other sites
Where we link to another website, we do so for convenience or reference. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices.
No warranty
We work to keep this site accurate, available and secure, but we provide it on an "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components, or that its content is complete or current at every moment.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rangblaze Media Private Limited will not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for any loss of profit, revenue, data or goodwill, arising from your use of this site, its tools, or its content. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot lawfully be limited. This clause does not affect the separate contract you would sign if you engage us as a client, which governs that relationship.
Indemnity
You agree to indemnify us against claims, losses and costs arising from your misuse of the site, your breach of these terms, or your infringement of any law or third-party right through your use of the site.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Mumbai, Maharashtra have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them, subject to any right you have under law to bring proceedings elsewhere.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows the latest revision. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
