How a collab actually runs

Six steps from a brief landing in your inbox to the content going live. Nothing here changes once a campaign starts, and anything that does change gets agreed in writing first.

  1. 01

    We post a brief

A campaign goes up on this site and into the WhatsApp channel. It names the brand, the deliverable, what you receive, the deadline and whether usage rights are being bought.

  2. 02

    You register interest

One short form. If you have collaborated with us before, your handle is enough and it takes fifteen seconds.

  3. 03

    We shortlist

Usually within two days. Shortlisting weighs reach against the brand audience, your category, your city where the campaign is location-specific, and whether previous collabs were delivered on time.

  4. 04

    The brand approves

Brands almost always want final say on who represents them. This is the step that can take longest, and we will tell you if it slips.

  5. 05

    Product ships, content goes live

You get the brief, the product and a deadline. Ask questions before you shoot rather than after, because a reshoot costs you more than it costs anyone else.

  6. 06

You send the link, we close the loop

We record what went live and what it reached. That record is what gets you shortlisted faster next time, so it is worth sending.

Usage rights, in plain terms

A collaboration buys the post. It does not buy the right to run that post as a paid advertisement, to put it on a billboard, or to use it on a product page indefinitely. Those are separate, and each one has a price.

We settle rights in the brief rather than after the content performs well, which is the point at which most creators discover their work is running as an ad they were never paid for. Where a brand wants to run your content as paid media, the brief states the term and the additional compensation before you agree to anything.

What gets a creator taken off the roster

Taking a product and going quiet. Everything else is recoverable, including a missed deadline you flagged in advance and content that needed reshooting. Going quiet costs the brand a slot and costs us the relationship, so it is the one thing we do not work around.
