The problem
A laundry subscription is not really a website, it is an operations system with a website attached. An auto-debit subscription has to start cleanly, then every bag has to be tracked from pickup through cleaning to delivery, with the right people assigned at each step. None of that exists off the shelf, and a subscription business with no backend to run it does not function at all.
What we did
- Built the website and the full auto-debit subscription flow
- Built the bag allotment system, assigning and tracking each customer bag
- Built delivery partner assignment for pickup and drop
- Built laundryman assignment, so each job has an owner at every stage
- Built delivery updates and status tracking end to end
The outcome
The visible website is the small part. The real work was the backend that runs the business: a subscription that auto-debits, bags tracked from pickup to delivery, and the right delivery partner and laundryman assigned at each step. That is an operations platform built for one business, not a template, which is the kind of custom system most agencies do not attempt.
